A family business, Leger & Son was built from hard work and dedication. C.M. (Buddy) Leger started growing and shipping watermelons throughout Georgia and Florida in 1965.

Learning the business from the ground up, Greg Leger, our current president, grew up picking and packing. His years of experience and dedication led to one of the leading grower/shippers in the southeast with seasonal offices in Immokalee, Fl., Arcadia, Fl., Cordele, Ga., and Butler, Ga.; recently adding shipping points in both Texas and Indiana.
